Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do for the planet is tell it a story. As a child, poet and educator Sheree Fitch spent hours with her belly on the ground, her head in the clouds, and her nose in a book. She learned to read in her grandmother’s oak tree and never left that world behind.

Her forthcoming speculative utopian fable, Great Granny Gertrude Green and The Great Green Aid Brigade, is rooted in the spirit of strong women who make the world brighter by working with the earth.
