No single organization can meet the challenges we face, so we add to the work of others rather than compete with it. Our community connects people across sectors, generations and points of view. Together, we see further than any of us could alone, and we act on what we see.
The Gathering lasts three days. Our community lasts all year.
Over the next three years, we will build a network of networks: partners who already have the trust of their communities. Together, we will carry these conversations to as many Atlantic Canadians as we can.
Young people are at the centre. Through digital storytelling and a place on our stages, emerging leaders work alongside every generation to shape the choices they will live with longest.

Many promising initiatives stall because they remain in the realm of conversation, without a clear connection to action. That is not our path. Our aim is to spark both individual and collective action from our community, who will be armed with new tools and ideas to implement change in businesses, governments, communities and families.
Our innovation partner, the Pond-Deshpande Centre, helps turn bold ideas into real projects. We also measure what changes, so we learn what works and what needs to change. See our impact.
