Converse. Connect. Collaborate.

We know transformational change is complex: no single initiative can solve the global challenges we face. But we believe that by convening a community of people in new ways, connecting across divides, and helping shift the culture around how we think and act in relation to one another and the Earth, we can have a meaningful impact.
Weaving together the threads of understanding and change.
Kingsbrae Conversations is creating a dynamic ecosystem of people, ideas, and initiatives that challenge systems, build community, and spark more urgent action in creating a sustainable planet. We are bridging divides and creating space for honest, inclusive dialogue that spans ideological, generational and cultural lines.
We are also connecting generations to share wisdom and foster creativity through residencies, digital storytelling and other pathways that empower young adults to shape global sustainability efforts and influence change.
Inspiring action. Measuring impact.
Many promising initiatives stall because they remain in the realm of conversation, without a clear connection to action. That is not our path. Our aim is to spark both individual and collective action from our community, who will be armed with new tools and ideas to implement change in businesses, governments, communities and families.
To support both meaningful outcomes and robust evaluation, we’ve partnered with Dr. Ola Tjornbo and the University of New Brunswick’s School of Leadership Studies to build an impact measurement team consisting of experts drawn from across Canada and from the Stockholm Resilience Centre in Sweden. Our innovation partner is the Pond-Deshpande Centre, who will help to bridge the gap between bold ideas and tangible outcomes.
